Course of action

Our quality management system constructed to comply with ISO 9001 allows us to provide products and services that satisfy our customers. In order to continue improving this level of quality into the future, we will implement the following.

  1. We will accurately address the demands of our customers.
  2. All our employees will adhere to laws and regulations, and will work toward satisfying the needs of our customers.
  3. We will always consider improvements to all of our activities including higher product quality, cost reduction, and getting products to our customers in a shorter amount of time.
  4. In order to achieve the goals of our Quality Policy, quality-related objectives will be set for each department, and the state of their implementation will be monitored.
